See Alaska and British Columbia by Private Jet and Helicopter

While private jets are a business tool, enabling you to get more done faster, that same efficiency translates to vacations, enabling you to still get things done in privacy and also see more in less time.

In this Special Report, we provide an itinerary that Entrée Destinations created specifically for a customer with a private jet who wanted to get the best of British Columbia and Alaska but only had a week to take it all in.

You’ll have the option of a deluxe guest room or your own cabin.  All meals and non-alcoholic beverages are included during your stay.

Days Five and Six

During your stay at the lodge, you will have the choice of selecting two of the following helicopter adventures, or better yet stay longer and do more!

Helicopter Fishing

Prepare to cast your fishing rod and reel and explore the best fishing holes in the Tordrillo Mountains! The mountains are home to many rivers and streams, which serve as sanctuaries to a variety of freshwater species.

Aboard a helicopter, it will only take a few minutes to reach some of the richest fishing holes in this remote area of Alaska. And thanks to the access granted by helicopter fishing, competition with other anglers for all five species of Pacific salmon, rainbow trout, Arctic char, and grayling is rare. The lodge’s guides pride themselves in staking territory that is so remote, that without their inside knowledge these locations are impossible to find.

Helicopter Hiking

You shouldn’t have to work hard for a beautiful view, which is why heli-hiking is such a perfect option. From Tordrillo Mountain Lodge, you are whisked away to the nearby mountain environments that offer hikes otherwise inaccessible without a helicopter.

Opportunities range from exploring wide-open meadows of wildflowers to those that cover several miles and include aggressive vertical gain. Depending on what you’re in the mood for, you may choose a full day hike, or explore several areas offering varied landscapes and panoramic views of the world. If it’s glaciers you desire, you can explore some of the biggest glaciers in all of Alaska with crampons and ropes and discover moulins, ice caves, and crevasses.

Helicopter Rafting

Located moments from some of the best river country in North America, Tordrillo Mountain Lodge is the perfect jumping-off point for epic Alaska river trips.

Many of the nearby rivers can be accessed by helicopter, and full-day whitewater Alaska river trip floats on the Talachulitna River or Coal Creek are an easy flight to the best section of the river. All gear is provided for a warm and comfortable Alaska whitewater experience. Your expert guides can navigate your boat through class 3-4 whitewater and mix it up with a little fishing to top things off.

Day Seven

Transfer by seaplane and land back to Anchorage Airport to fly out.
