While taking over small resorts has long been popular, the full floor gives you and your team a socially distanced cocoon you can use to conduct business.

The top suite, which is available in 1- and 2-bedroom configurations, can be connected with the remaining suites on the rooftop floor for a private buyout – ideal for an extended family, a foreign diplomat (the hotel is close to Embassy Row), or even an extravagant party. The suites are some of the only ones in the city with private outdoor spaces. Private elevator and garage access are available as well as special security at an additional cost.

The Roosevelt Suite has a spacious sitting room featuring a working fireplace and a library stocked with books from neighborhood bookstore Haywood Hill; a separate dining room seating eight; a pantry kitchen that is stocked to guests’ wishes; and a large terrace for outdoor dining. The fifth floor also comes with its own private elevator bank.

The top floor apartments can be connected to create a nearly 4,000 square foot pied-a-terre. The building has its own private street entrance and guests buying out the top floor would receive a key for private elevator access. The flats have a large kitchen and the pantry and wine cellar come fully stocked. Large balconies can accommodate dinner parties prepared by a private chef. Furniture can be rearranged to guests’ liking and a home gym and cinema can even be set up.
