The new Penthouse Suite is designed by Clodagh in a mid-century aesthetic with ribbed glass mirrors and brass details. The heated outdoor terrace overlooking Dupont Circle has views of the Washington Monument and adds an additional 600 square feet. Inside, the fireplace, wet bar, dining table, and lounge area make for a perfect intimate gathering.
The top suite, which is available in 1- and 2-bedroom configurations, can be connected with the remaining suites on the rooftop floor for a private buyout – ideal for an extended family, a foreign diplomat (the hotel is close to Embassy Row), or even an extravagant party. The suites are some of the only ones in the city with private outdoor spaces. Private elevator and garage access are available as well as special security at an additional cost.

The Ritz-Carlton Denver is offering a secure respite if you need to bring your executives to the Mile High City. The 4th Floor takeover can also be combined with a dedicated concierge and private access to the Club Lounge, which is currently closed to guests.

ESPACIO offers nine suites that each occupy an entire floor situated on Waikiki Beach in Oahu. Suites can be reserved for $5,000 per night, or guests can rent the entire nine-suite boutique hotel for $45,000 per night. Each 2,250 square-foot floor houses a private elevator, designer kitchen, expansive indoor-outdoor living space, dry sauna, ocean-facing balcony and Jacuzzi overlooking Waikiki Beach, and access to in-suite chef service and personal use of the hotel’s fleet of luxury vehicles. Onsite Japanese-French tasting concept Mugen is also available for private buyouts, enabling guests to enjoy a multi-course globally sourced meal without contact from other patrons.
6. The Beaumont, London

The Beaumont’s fifth-floor presidential suite, The Roosevelt, can be adjoined with neighboring suites and rooms to create a private floor with five total bedrooms for up to 10 guests.
The Roosevelt Suite has a spacious sitting room featuring a working fireplace and a library stocked with books from neighborhood bookstore Haywood Hill; a separate dining room seating eight; a pantry kitchen that is stocked to guests’ wishes; and a large terrace for outdoor dining. The fifth floor also comes with its own private elevator bank.
7. Belmond Hotel Cadogan, London

The top floor of the Chelsea hotel includes the Penthouse, which can be connected with a Superior Room, as well as three Junior Suites and two Deluxe Junior Suites. Dedicated butler service will cater to guests’ every need.
8. La Réserve Paris Apartments

The La Réserve Paris Apartments overlook the Trocadero in the 16th arrondissement – meaning unbeatable views of the Eiffel Towel. The top floor apartments can be connected to create a nearly 4,000 square foot pied-a-terre. The building has its own private street entrance and guests buying out the top floor would receive a key for private elevator access. The flats have a large kitchen and the pantry and wine cellar come fully stocked. Large balconies can accommodate dinner parties prepared by a private chef. Furniture can be rearranged to guests’ liking and a home gym and cinema can even be set up.
9. Hotel Metropole Monaco

Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo now offers guests the opportunity to privatize the entire top floor of the hotel, comprised of seven suites (including the penthouse!) for personal use.
