White Barn Inn’s restored rooms and their private waterfront cottages offer peaceful seclusion and sophisticated style alongside charming coastal Maine. There are five stand-alone cottages range from 400 to 1,035 sq. ft. They combine space, privacy, and direct access to the heated Infinity pool or views of the Kennebunk River. Several cottages are located within a quarter mile of the inn.

Loon Cottage
The 1,035 sq. ft. Loon Cottage is the largest, combining riverside serenity with an emphasis on privacy. Each of the two bedrooms has its own entrance, bathroom, and river views. There are two wood-burning fireplaces and a furnished deck. It’s located a quarter mile from the inn.
Friendship Cottage
The Friendship Cottage measures 1,000 sq. ft. and is eight minutes’ walk from the Main House, but enjoys the utmost privacy nestled along the banks of the Kennebunk River. Soaring ceilings, a large wood-burning fireplace, and landscaped patio.
May’s Poolside Cottage
This freestanding 400 sq. ft. cottage is tucked away in the garden across from the Main House. It captures Maine’s relaxed elegance with a plush sitting area surrounding a gas-burning fireplace, and patio outfitted with Adirondack chairs.
Loft Suite
A separate exterior entrance leads the largest suite, The Loft Suite, which measures 620 sq. ft., and is situated adjacent to the original farmhouse. There is a large sitting area with cozy gas-burning fireplace, a soaking tub in the bathroom, and a private porch.
