1. Four Seasons, Caye Chapel, Belize

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Caye Chapel, Belize: Four Seasons will bring a new level of luxury to Belize on this private island with 104 rooms and suites, including 18 overwater bungalows, just beyond the famous Great Blue Hole. The island sits just off the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Belize Barrier Reef and will include a Greg Norman–designed golf course, a cenote-inspired spa, and beach clubs.

2. Amanvari, Los Cabos, Mexico

Amanvari, Los Cabos: Located on the East Cape adjacent to the Four Seasons, Amanvari will have just 20 pavilions and 24 private residences secluded by a sprawling white-sand beach, with a spa and infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

3. Siara Riviera Nayarit, Mexico

Siari, Riviera Nayarit–A Ritz-Carlton Reserve: Set on the Riviera Nayarit coast, where the jungle meets the Pacific, this new 90-room Reserve property will also have 35 branded residences.

4. St. Regis, Costa Mujeres, Mexico

St. Regis Costa Mujeres: On a beach north of Cancun, St. Regis Costa Mujeres will bring a polished residential feel to one of Mexico’s fastest-rising coastal enclaves.

5. Waldorf Astoria, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende, Mexico: The classical art city gets a jolt of modernity with this 120-room and 24-residence property that will include a lavish spa, a meditation area, an onsite art gallery, and three restaurants.

6. ANI Anguilla

ÀNI Anguilla: This 15-suite, exclusive-use estate on Shoal Bay will feature a tennis court, gym, ÀNI Spa, beachfront living and dining pavilion, and experiential amenities such as a waterslide.

7. Baymahni, Exum, the Bahamas

Baymahni Resort Exuma, Bahamas: With just 15 beach and lagoon bungalows and 16 two-bedroom villas, Baymahni sits on secluded Stocking Island, accessible only by boat, offering natural beauty and luxury amenities, including a private beach club.

8. Four Seasons, Samana Bay, Dominican Republic

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia (March 2026): Four Seasons debuts with 95 rooms and suites along the southern shores of Samaná Bay in the northeastern Dominican Republic, on Playa Esmeralda. The resort will feature a sports center with tennis, padel, and pickleball, as well as a Tom Doak–designed golf course.

9. Voaara Grenadines, Palm Island

Voaara Grenadines: The famed barefoot-luxury brand from Madagascar arrives in the Caribbean with just 25 bungalows and one villa, plus a restaurant led by Spanish Executive Chef Aleixandre Sarrion, serving Mediterranean cuisine with Asian and Caribbean influences. It will be located on Palm Island. Guests can easily island-hop to Tobago Cays, Bequia, Mustique, Canouan, and Union Island.

10. The Botany, St. Thomas, USVI

The Botany Hotel: Located on the secluded western tip of St. Thomas, The Botany is set within a private gated community and will offer 23 villas (ranging from one to three bedrooms) in a rustic, barefoot-luxury style. It is expected to open this summer.

11. The Cormorant, Puerto Williams, Chile

The Cormorant at 55° South by Silversea, Chile: A game-changing 150-room hotel designed to facilitate the unique fly-over journey to Antarctica is Silversea’s first on-land hotel. Overlooking the Beagle Channel and surrounded by pristine forests, the hotel will offer an expansive restaurant ideal for group gatherings, a bar and lounge, and a fitness center. When completed, it will be the southernmost hotel in the world.

12. VIK, San Vincente, Chile

VIK–Puro Vik, Chile: The art-infused lifestyle brand opens seven bungalows adjacent to Vik Chile, set at the top of a hill in the middle of the valley, overlooking the Andes Mountain Range with views of the vineyards, the striking VIK Winery, and the surrounding natural landscape.

13. Four Seasons, Cartagena, Colombia

Four Seasons Cartagena, Colombia: Set in the centuries-old Cloister of St. Francis and the 1920s Beaux-Arts Club of Cartagena, Four Seasons Cartagena has been in the making for more than a decade. Meticulously restored to preserve its original architecture, the hotel joins a minimal number of true luxury options in this vibrant city and introduces a new opportunity for world-class events and experiences on Cartagena’s bay, overlooking the walled city.
