Set in the iconic Crown Building on Fifth Avenue and 57th Street, Aman New York brings the brand’s ultimate Asian-infused luxury to the Big Apple with just 83 rooms, the smallest of which is 750 sq.ft. Set to open in May, amenities will include a private members club, jazz club, spa, 65-foot swimming pool, Japanese and Italian restaurant, cigar bar, and rooftop terrace.

The mixed-use Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, Singer Island, Palm Beach wellness beachfront compound, is a perfect blend of destination spa with a luxury resort. With an assigned wellness coach, guests can choose to stay and relax or join a set destination spa experience focusing on yoga and Indian-inspired wellness.

Ambiente: A Landscape Hotel in Sedona, Arizona, comprises 40 ultra-modern cubed-shaped Atrium rooms set on steel beams rising from the ground. The resort nestles into its surroundings without disrupting its natural topography. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls bring the dramatic Sedona red rocks into the minimalistic contemporary spaces. Sedona’s first new luxury hotel in more than two decades will focus on conservation and nature when it opens in June.

Chapter House, a historic inn with origins dating back to 1716, will debut in Yarmouth Port, Cape Cod, in Spring 2022, following an extensive renovation. The charming 21-room Inn sits on two acres of beautifully manicured lawn. It seamlessly blends the warmth and character of a traditional quaint New England inn with a contemporary hotel’s upscale amenities and bespoke services. Evoking the look and feel of a New England home, Chapter House consists of the Main House and the Carriage House, with guestrooms and suites eliciting thoughtful design details reflective of the coastal destination, all offering gorgeous views of the Inn’s gardens or sunset. The Main House provides architectural elements of a traditional three-story Victorian mansion complete with a four-season porch and a specialty cocktail bar. The Inn’s sprawling lawn is host to outdoor seating areas with fire pits for guests to relax or join in friendly competition with various lawn games. Chapter House is Baxter Hospitality’s second renovation project on Cape Cod. The group also owns and operates Sesuit Harbor House, just a 10-minute drive from the new hotel

Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s New York blends Parisian panache with Tribeca cool. The entrant, due this June, delivers sophisticated hospitality on an intimate scale, befitting its location in the city’s most coveted neighborhood. It features 97 residential-style rooms and suites by world-renowned designer Martin Brudnizki; vibrant food and beverage destinations, including an outpost of historic French brasserie Fouquet’s; and amenities ranging from a Diane Barrière Spa to a majestic screening room and rooftop terrace. Barrière Fouquet’s New York is the first U.S. outpost of France’s family-run Groupe Barrière, known for its French art de vivre, and a new landmark on Tribeca’s cobblestoned streets

Hotel Willa (New Mexico)

Hotel Willa in downtown Taos, New Mexico, is a boutique hotel in New Mexico’s traditional adobe-style architecture. The interiors, by Los Angeles design studio Electric Bowery, will be adorned with textured terra-cotta-colored plaster walls, rich earth-tone fabrics, and what they describe as a painterly palette.

Keswick Hall (Virginia)

Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, Virginia, is a classic 1912 golf resort that was “adopted” by the Hardie family in 2012 and has since become a trophy project that guests could only dream of. The property, which reopened last month, was completely reinvented and brought into the 21st century without compromising its bucolic sense of place. The centerpiece of the 48-room, 200-acre resort is the 18-hole Full Cry golf course by Pete Dye. Guests can also enjoy a host of activities, including tennis, archery, croquet, a Red Flower spa that will house eight treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and indoor cycling, an impressive newly redesigned infinity pool, and local farm-to-table cuisine by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Ideal for families or long-term stays, Residences at Zero George guests will have preferred access to its namesake restaurant with an elegant Southern crisp style, privacy, and creature comforts, all making this the most delectable home away from home.

Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser Hotel will have sci-fi fans rejoicing at one of Disney’s most anticipated arrivals, where guests will be completely immersed in another realm. In classic Disney style, guests will board a launch pod and rendezvous with the magnificent Halcyon starcruiser, stay in a cabin or suite with an exquisite “view” of space. Throughout the “ship,” visitors will interact with an eclectic collection of characters, sit down to exotic galactic cuisine and have options to engage in several experiences such as a visit to see the inner workings of the legendary starship, learn the traditional art of wielding a lightsaber and even jump on a transport to the planet Batuu. The biggest issue is that you won’t even want to leave to hit the parks—opening March 1.

The Chatwal Lodge in the Catskills is nestled within a 30-acre estate with panoramic views over the 1,000-acre Toronto Reservoir Lake. There are 12 chic accommodations that offer lush hiking trails dotted with bald eagles and pastoral mountains, onsite fly fishing, kayaking, and private music classes. Families will view the 1,000 sq.ft. treehouse of 850 sq.ft. glamping tent.

The Fifth Avenue Hotel (New York)

The Fifth Avenue Hotel is an architectural darling in the growing NoMad hotel scene in New York. Set in the 1908 Gilded Age mansion of socialite Charlotte Goodridge with the addition of an adjacent tower, The Fifth will have 182 rooms and suites. There will also be a 5,000 sq.ft. ballroom and a spectacular duplex restaurant with original 30-foot ceilings and arches. Opening Fall 2022.

The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern (California)

The Inn Mattei’s Tavern, Auberge Resorts Collection is set in Los Olivos, California, and seeks to reinvent California’s Santa Ynez Valley (just outside of Santa Barbara) as they did in Napa Valley. Debuting this summer, the Inn will be the first luxury resort in the region with just 67 luxury guestrooms and cottages. Set in the former 1886 stagecoach shop come prohibition hangout, the Inn’s spa and open-air restaurants center around the region’s famous wines and bountiful produce.

The Lodges at Knapp Ranch (Colorado)

The Lodges at Knapp Ranch in Vail Valley, Colorado, is set to open around the end of the year. A sustainable family-owned on 270+ acres in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Knapp Ranch was founded by Betsy and Bud Knapp, the former owners and publishers of Architectural Digest and Bon Appetit magazines. They left the publishing world to commit themselves to land preservation and the study of high altitude farming. Up to 14 guests can enjoy and explore this exclusive ranch experience with year-round activities, including fishing, hiking, biking, farming, yoga, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, forest bathing, and more. 

The Seagate (Florida)

The Seagate showcases design firm Studio Robert McKinley and hospitality group Long Weekend to create a buzzy getaway spot. The grand dame in Delray Beach, Florida, is a resort complete with a hotel, spa, beach, and country club.

The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley (Arizona)

The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley is on 20 breathtaking acres overlooking Camelback Mountain. It will offer a luxury experience inspired by its beautiful natural surroundings. Restaurants will feature produce sourced from the resort’s citrus orchard and garden, and the spa will showcase desert-inspired therapies. Stunning accommodations will reflect the style of traditional casitas, where guests can indulge in a true escape. 

The Ritz-Carlton, New York, NoMad (New York)

The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad is located in the heart of one of New York’s most vibrant neighborhoods combining the brand’s legendary service with refined elegance. Newly built from the ground up and one of the tallest buildings in the area, the hotel is designed to serve as a gathering place for locals and guests. The 250 guest rooms and 16 branded luxury penthouse residences offer spectacular views of some of Manhattan’s most iconic sights, from the Empire State Building to the Statue of Liberty. With a bold design, the hotel boasts legendary restaurants and bars by Michelin-starred chef José Andrés. Zaytinya offers an innovative mezze menu inspired by Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisines served up in a sleek and modern setting.  The hotel will house the signature 6,800 sq.ft.
