Spa
Inspired by the rugged Hill Country and Austin’s youthful, ever-changing vibe, Four Seasons Hotel Austin’s spa borrows much of its understated design from nature and a blend of modern and traditional influences. Distinctive details include a tranquil Relaxation Lounge, equipped with a Himalayan pink salt wall to purify the air, Eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, and three luxurious treatment rooms. The Spa at Four Seasons offers a range of treatments, from massages and aromatherapy to herbal wraps and facials, many of which incorporate traditional Texas ingredients.
Restaurants & Bars
The hotel’s restaurant, Ciclo (below), is a modern Texas kitchen featuring locally inspired flavors and ingredients with a Latin influence. Merging the diverse talents of Four Seasons chefs and world-renowned restaurateur Richard Sandoval, Ciclo’s menu offers a seamless blend of local flavors and global influences, all with a strong focus on seasonal offerings (a nod to the restaurant’s name).

One dish that is highly recommended in Ciclo is the Flambéed Tomahawk. A modern-day throwback to the old-school tableside service of the 1950s and 60s, Ciclo’s Flambéed Tomahawk experience begins with a choice of a 33 oz. Niman Ranch prime tomahawk or a 45 oz. Texas wagyu tomahawk. Placed on a Himalayan pink salt block, the tomahawk receives a liberal dash of premium tequila before being set aflame and carved to order.

Live Oak (above), the hotel’s tree-top lounge and deck, presents inventive cocktails and flavor-rich dishes from executive sous chef Abril Galindo’s native Guadalajara in an unparalleled setting overlooking the lake. Signature drinks include the Clarence Was Here cocktail, which pays homage to the Hotel’s beloved one-legged grackle (immortalized in a downstairs mural), and the Stronghorn, an ode to the University of Texas.
