How To Get VIP Access To The Masters, NCAA Final Four, Kentucky Derby, MLB All-Star Game and Other Big Events

When you want to go to a big event, getting a 360-degree solution you can count on is paramount. You want premium tickets, VIP access at the event, including clubs and hospitality. You also want access to the events and parties that accompany these events. Mixing with celebrities and pro athletes and coaches enhances the experience and helps create memories for you and your companions. CAA Premium is a division of Creative Artists  Agency (CAA), and that’s their business. In addition to major sports events, they create programs around everything from Broadway shows to private experiences with celebrity chefs. They off-the-shelf products, but also will create events and experiences based on what you want.

1.  NCAA Final Four Men’s Basketball Championship

March 31, 2017 – April 4, 2017
University of Phoenix Stadium
Glendale, Arizona

The NCAA Final Four has become the ultimate long weekend capping off with the Monday night championship. This year’s venue in the Valley of the Sun provides opportunities to spa and golf as well as watch the action on the hardwood. See the nets get cut down at this year’s Final Four in Arizona. The CAA Premium offerings include hotel accommodations in downtown Scottsdale, tickets, a pre-game chalk talk with college basketball talent, and roundtrip transportation.

2.  The Masters

April 6-9, 2017
Augusta National Golf Club
Augusta, Georgia

In less than a week each year, some 250,000 golf fans come to Augusta, Georgia, and research shows they leave about $125 million behind.
Going to The Masters is tricky, even from a VIP perspective, because in a county with a population of less than 200,000 there aren’t sufficient hotels, and certainly nothing at a 5-star level. Therefore, housing is a combination of limited service hotels (Think Staybridge Suites and Econo Lodge) and homes that are rented out. CAA Premium provides a literal Chinese menu of options, including tickets, hospitality for the entire duration or on a per day basis, evening events, tickets, dedicated transfers, hotels and houses that sleep up to eight. CAA operates its own private hospitality tent with name entertainers, tapping into its impressive roster of clients. Hospitality areas include gourmet food, plentiful HDTVs so you don’t miss any action, massage areas, bars and even a cigar lounge.
Private homes are located in West Lake, Jones Creek, and Hammonds Ferry as well as other places.

3.  The Kentucky Derby

May 4 – May 7, 2017
Churchill Downs
Louisville, Kentucky

The Run for the Roses is one of those great sporting events where you can create memories that last a lifetime for your best clients and friends. With over 150,000 visitors descending on a midsize city for a single day event, it also puts strain on availability of everything from hotel rooms to black cars. CAA Premium’s take on “the fastest two minutes in sports” includes accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Downtown, which gets mainly Excellent and Very Good ratings on Trip Advisor. There are tickets to the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks, hospitality access, and roundtrip transportation to the events. On Thursday there is access to the Taste of Derby Party, including food tastings, premium open bar, and live entertainment. You get First Floor Clubhouse tickets to the Kentucky Oaks (Friday) and Kentucky Derby (Saturday). You also get access to the Derby Club at the Hyatt Regency Thursday evening through Sunday morning.

4.  MLB All Star Game

July 11, 2017
Marlins Park
Miami, Florida

As the official experience and hospitality partner of Major League Baseball (MLB), CAA Premium Experience has unique the access to the 2017 MLB All-Star Weekend. Packages will include a variety of deluxe hotel accommodations, tickets for the All-Star Game, Home Run Derby, All-Star Sunday, and the Gatorade All-Star Workout Day and tickets to one day of the MLB All-Star Fan Fest.

CAA offers a range of other sporting and cultural events, including the America’s Cup.
