A former cow camp and hay-producing ranch back in the early 1900s, the property has been transformed to be a luxurious Wyoming ranch by current owner Bruce White who is chairman and CEO of White Lodging, a large operator of various hotel brands.

Recently named one of the Top 101 Suites in the World by Elite Traveler magazine, the crown jewel of Magee Homestead is its lodge. The lodge, as well as all of the cabins, was designed by Simeone Deary Design Group, an award-winning interior design firm (The Waldorf Astoria, The Gwen and Michelin-rated Boka in Chicago). Magee Homestead comprises seven historically restored cabins with nine total bedrooms that sleeps up to 24 guests. The large, open club room offers a comfortable living area as well as a game room featuring an elegant bar with antique rifle collection. The walls of the ranch are bedecked with a trophy hunt collection overlooking a Steinway seven-foot grand piano, hand-carved billiards table, poker tables and two indoor fireplaces. 

One of the standouts is the three-bedroom TZ Cabin Residence, which includes a full kitchen, dining room and living area. Other cabins vary in size, but each includes an en suite bathroom and unique interior design as well as Antica Farmistica toiletry products.

From a variety of fully outfitted fishing and hunting programs on the private lands to horseback riding, mountain biking and indulgent spa experiences, Brush Creek Ranch offers a variety of ranch-type, western activities. Location/Getting There

The Ranch is located just outside Saratoga, in the North Platte River Valley of south central Wyoming. The wide-open ranch property backs up against the million-acre Medicine Bow Wilderness Area, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. 
At an altitude of 7,600 feet, the Ranch enjoys mild summers ranging from 70-82 degrees, with slightly cooler temperatures in the fall. Open year round, the Ranch winters are full of snowy adventures, with high temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s. 
Closest airport is Shively Field (8,801 ft. runway) 13 miles from the front gate of the ranch .

Menus don’t exist at Twin Farms. The kitchen led by Chef Nathan Rich and his team create individual profiles in the back of the house based on your dietary preferences and tailor each meal to your wishes. Meals, wine pairings, and spirits are part of the all-inclusive rate and customized for each guest. Rich’s dining philosophy revolves around the changing seasons and locally sourcing produce, herbs, meats and cheeses at nearby farms. 

Guests enjoy meals in a variety of places from the main Dining Room, the Barn Room, the Pub, the 20,000-bottle Wine Cellar, the terrace beside the garden, or your cottage or suite. During the day, there is afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Favorites include lemon soufflé pancakes filled with fresh Vermont strawberries. Lunch includes pre-arranged wine pairings. Enjoy porcini poached Vermont turkey and wild mushroom lentil ragout in the dining room or a picnic on property with cold poached Maine lobster with lemons, tamarin grilled Cavendish quail and ginger apple slaw, Fable Farm heirloom tomatoes with ricotta, pine nuts, and opal basil leaves. The Out of Woods Spa features two treatment rooms and a private cottage dedicated to in-room couples’ therapy. There is also a traditional Japanese furo located in a separate private structure. Its wooded interior and soaring 104-degree water temperature create a relaxing sauna-like atmosphere. Developed exclusively for Twin Farms, Out of the Woods is a collection of 100% vegetarian bath and body products using natural botanical ingredients and pure essential oils inspired by Vermont’s rural setting. 

The fitness center, located in the same building, is equipped with treadmills, two Pre-Cor EFX bicycles, a Flex Circuit System, and a broad spectrum of free weights.

On-site activities include hiking, biking, tennis, swimming, fly fishing, croquet, picnicking, and canoeing during the warmer months. Golf and hot air ballooning is available nearby.
