1. Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail

Forbes Travel Guide says, “The ski concierge can do everything from arrange equipment rentals and lessons, to provide maps and weather conditions…When you check into the hotel, a boot fitter will take measurements and preferences and send them to the ski concierge so that your warmed boots and waxed skis will be ready and waiting. Getting ready for a day on the slopes doesn’t get much easier than this. A heated path takes you from the hotel to a three-story building at the base of Gondola One, which houses the ski concierge.”

Contemporary Five-Bedroom Designer Residence

This 3,479 sq. ft. five-bedroom, five-bathroom, a two-story residence located on the 5th floor boasts a minimalistic design highlighting the open floor plan. The unit welcomes you into a great room joining the kitchen, dining, and living rooms which open onto a sprawling terrace, complete with a Jacuzzi hot tub and connected bar.

The 4,355 sq. ft. residence is set beneath a wood-beamed cathedral ceiling. Located on the 9th floor the ultra-private residence is the picture-perfect mountain retreat. Each of the five bedrooms features a private balcony and full marble bathrooms.

There’s a guest powder room off the kitchen and a dining table set for 10 and panoramic views of the Teton Range’s stunning peaks. Occupancy is for up to 12 guests. In addition to private access, you have your own laundry room and wine refrigerator.

Ideal for family getaways, this top-floor 2,680 sq. ft., the 10th-floor residence features a contemporary Western design that is as chic as it is comfortable. Step onto one of your two private balconies for a majestic view of the stars or gaze at the jagged peaks of the Grand Tetons.

Configurations for the three bedrooms include one king bed and three queen beds, or three king beds, one rollaway, or one crib and you can sleep up to nine. There are three full marble bathrooms, plus a guest powder room.

With a 5-star ranking from Forbes Travel Guide and voted by Travel + Leisure readers as a top choice for beachgoers, Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club offers long-stay friendly residences. Forbes writes, “Once the seaside holiday getaway for Hollywood legends in the 1930s, The Surf Club has regained the splendor of its glory days.”

Oceanfront Two-Bedroom Suite

Step out from your dedicated elevator and walk into your oceanfront two-bedroom suite with views of the white sand beach and the glistening Atlantic Ocean. The 2,000 sq. ft. residences are located on the 7th to 10th floors with occupancy of up to five adults.  Each residence includes two full bathrooms and a guest powder room. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room making it perfect for long stays.

4. Four Seasons Residence Club San Diego

Four Seasons Residence Club San Diego is targeted at long-stay guests and is not part of a full Four Seasons resort location. However, you get the Four Seasons’ service with twice-daily housekeeping, concierge services, and even full kitchen stocking services before and throughout your stay. There’s also onsite dining and full room service, two full pools, and a 24-hour hour gym. For a bit of relation, try the Driftwood Spa.

Two-Bedroom Resort Residence

With two master bedrooms, a full kitchen, and an open living and dining area, the 1,670-sq. ft. two-bedroom villas provide plenty of space for the whole family. There are two king beds and two sofa beds with space for up to four adults and two children.

Located on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floors of Meadow and Summit villages, enjoy three private balconies to take in views of the Aviara Golf Course, foothills, and plus gardens. Personal washer and dryer make it perfect for long stays.
