“For more space and perks, visitors can upgrade to one of Le Royal Monceau’s suites. Some include kitchens and private fitness centers, and the Lifestyle Suite even comes with a piano. When you’ve worked up an appetite, choose from the property’s three restaurants. All venues – including the Michelin-starred Il Carpaccio – receive high marks from diners, but if you don’t have time to try them all, grab breakfast at La Cuisine.”
Penthouse Suite

Accessed by a private lift, this top-floor 1,798 sq. ft. Penthouse Suite offers sweeping views over the rooftops of Paris and is bathed in natural daylight. It offers a well-equipped kitchen, workspace, two bedrooms, and living room where you can receive guests and hold dinners.

U.S. News reports, “Blending European and Asian aesthetics in a nod to its moniker, the Paris iteration of the Shangri-La Hotel enjoys a prime location just north of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. In fact, many of the rooms boast views of the iconic landmark. Recent guests suggest springing for accommodations with a balcony or terrace.

“Regardless of whether you choose a room or suite, you’ll be greeted with a blue, ivory, and white color palette and a marble bathroom with heated floors, plus a separate tub, a rainfall shower, and double sinks. Amenities like free Wi-Fi access, an indoor pool, and a spa were a hit with past travelers. The hotel is also home to a fitness center and various dining options, including two restaurants with Michelin stars.”
La Suite Chaillot

Named after the chic neighborhood surrounding the hotel, La Suite Chaillot (both images above) is 1,175 sq. ft. Designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, this one-bedroom suite is swathed in shades of taupe and jade and features a walk-in dressing room, a separate living room with a guest washroom, a dining area that can accommodate up to six guests, and a wraparound terrace that puts the Eiffel Tower almost at arm’s length.

5. Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel

U.S. News says, “Hôtel de Crillon – which sits by the Place de la Concorde in Paris’ 8th arrondissement – impresses visitors with its French neoclassical details (think: Baccarat chandeliers and Coustou sculptures). Located on the sixth floor, Suite Bernstein (both images above) is named for the great composer Leonard Bernstein, a frequent and cherished guest. The magnificent retreat features a sitting room, a dining room for six, and a 1,205 sq. ft. private terrace overlooking Place de la Concorde with views of the Eiffel Tower and other Parisian landmarks.
