1. Casa Grugliano

Casa Grugliano offers over 8,000 sq.ft. of living space and is available in configurations of either six bedrooms (sleeping 12) or four bedrooms (sleeping 8). There are three buildings: a Main House, Gate House and Pool House.
The buildings stand on the top of their own hill offering 360° views. Inside, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and sunlight from six French windows.
The dining room opens to the garden. The large kitchen includes a six-burner gas stove, refrigeration with an icemaker, dining, study area, and another fireplace. There is a large covered outdoor dining area with a bread oven and barbeque fireplace.
The irrigated lawn areas feature beautiful flowerbeds. A traditional planted herb garden includes Lavender, Santolina, Sage, and Rosemary. The pool can be heated on request, and the Pool House includes a changing room and shower.
2. Casa Noci

With almost 4,000 sq.ft. of living space Casa Noci or Walnut Hill in English, consists of two buildings: the Main House and Guest Annex. The buildings lie high up on a gentle slope overlooking the entire Reschio estate and nature reserve.
This villa is a converted 17th-century farmhouse restored to the highest standard of renovation and design. A mature olive grove and impressive views, a split level 4 x 18-meter overflow pool facing the Castle of Reschio, and several outdoor sitting areas make it a genuinely fascinating property.
There is a Master Suite with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room and a study with a fireplace.
A large, fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area and drawing room with a fireplace—a large outdoor dining table seats 10. There is a traditional bread oven for roasts and pizza.
3. Casa Barco

Casa Barca spans over 7,500 sq.ft. within walking distance of the estate’s center, where the stables and tennis courts are located, yet it is very private.
The formal courtyard forms the heart around which the living accommodations are situated. The main house has well-appointed living areas, an extensive master suite, and a further en-suite bedroom.
The dining area links the main house to guest accommodations with three en-suite bedrooms. An 18 x 4.5-meter swimming pool nestles within the gardens with an infinity view of the estate’s rolling hills, and next to the pool is a spa bath. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbeque; a gazebo-covered viewing platform provides a breathtaking 360° panorama, including the Reschio castle.
4. Casa Bell’Aria

Separated into three distinct zones – the North Wing, South Wing and Garden House – Casa Bell’Aria offers its guests over 8,000 sq.ft. of privacy even if you are filled up with family and friends.
The gardens and grounds are beautifully landscaped and have a variety of terraces, dining areas, hammocks, a covered outdoor sitting room with fireplace, a pool house, and a separate covered rose loggia beside the generous swimming pool.
As with the house itself, the many different areas of the garden give guests spaces in which to be alone, as well as spaces in which to come together. There is also an Astroturf tennis court in the upper garden.
It’s a magnificent and completely private property with breathtaking views over the private nature sanctuary of the Castello di Reschio estate and to the Apennines beyond.
5. Casa Palazzo

The nearly 5,000 sq.ft. Casa Palazzo is a large formal villa located in the heart of the Reschio Estate. A twin staircase leads up from the front terrace to the first floor, and this floor in the Italian Villa tradition is called the Piano Nobile and holds the formal Drawing Room.
A stone tower contains a semi-spiral hand-built travertine staircase leading from the basement to the second floor, where the spacious master suite is located. There are four further guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor.
Casa Palazzo has been restored to the very highest standard of renovation and design and incorporates many innovative features as well as staying true to the age and integrity of a country villa.
It stands in a commanding position with magnificent views. It has an extensive parterre, a heated 20 x 5m infinity swimming pool with covered loggia, a tennis court, and several outdoor sitting and dining areas.
