Le Bristol Sets Reopening Dates For Epicure, 114 Faubourg

Bon appetit. Vive Le France! Le Bristol Paris will reintroduce its complete gastronomic offering later this month with the reopening of one-Michelin-starred brasserie deluxe, 114 Faubourg.

From Monday, August 30, 114 Faubourg will once again offer the haute cuisine of executive chef Eric Frechon’s French classics.

We’re told his famous king crab, duck paÌ‚té with foie gras and hand-chopped steak tartare will be back.

Three-star Michelin-rated Epicure will reopen on October 1. Get ready for Frechon’s truffle macaroni with foie gras, caviar de Sologne, and bladder poached Bress farm hen.

Head Sommelier Bernard Neveu returns to assist with your wine pairings.

There will also be a new twist. From famed Buhl, France patisserie Stein, disciple Pascal Hainigue arrives.

His stops include Alsatian Michelin-starred restaurants Auberge de l’Ill in Illhaeusern and Le Chambard in Kayserberg. Most recently, he was the head pastry chef at Le Baudelaire at the Burgundy Hotel in Paris.
